Grand Rounds Completion Coalition Moving Forward At Surly Brewing

posted Mar 25, 2015, 9:07 AM by Como Tidbits
SECIA’s bike advocacy program, the Grand Rounds Completion Coalition, recently held meetings with the District Councils Collaborative and the Seward Neighborhood in hopes of expanding the Grand Rounds Regional Trail through Como and Northeast Minneapolis. SECIA applied for a Bush Foundation Grant to supply the coalition with funds back in October 2014 but was sadly not accepted. The GRCC will continue to discuss their efforts at 7pm February 23rd at a public meeting with all of the GRCC’s confirmed partners to draft an action plan for 2015. Meeting will be held at new Surly Brewing building . Keep up on social media with any and all of SECIA’s bike advocacy efforts at www.facebook.com/GrandRoundsCC or at www.twitter.com/GrandRoundsCC and be sure to spread the word!
