Recycle your old holiday lights

For the next two and a half months, the Recycling Association of Minnesota is sponsoring a Recycle Your Holidays bin at the St. Anthony Park Library and at Tim & Tom's Speedy Market, both on Como Ave in St. Paul. Nearly 740,000 pounds of holiday lights have been recycled since the program’s start. Strands are dismantled by individuals with disabilities at vocational centers in Minnesota and recycled locally.
