SECIA has made Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) funds available to property owners of the Southeast Como neighborhood to make improvements to their properties. The SECIA Home Improvement Program offers low-interest loans to owner-occupied and residential properties.
Loan Terms- Minimum loan amount: $1,000
- Maximum loan amount: $15,000
- Interest rate: 4.75% fixed
- No maximum income limit. However, applicants with a household gross income of $96,500 or less will have first priority for loan funds.
- Maximum repayment term 15 years.
- Additional terms, conditions and closing costs may apply and are subject to change without notice. Financing is secured by a mortgage on the property.
Eligible Properties- Owner-occupied, 1-3 unit residential structures located in the Southeast Como neighborhood.
Eligible Improvements- Most improvements are eligible, interior or exterior maintenance or remodeling.

SECIA has made Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) deferred funds available for closing cost/down payment assistance for people purchasing a 1-4 unit property in the SE Como neighborhood. The property must become owner-occupied.
Loan Terms
- Maximum loan amount: $5,000
- Interest rate: 0% fixed
- No income limit!
- The loan will be 100% forgiven if the owner remains in the property for 7 years from the date of the loan closing.
